Our Story
Ellen and Joie have shared more than 20 years of friendship, always bonding over their love of games with friends and family, but mahjong has become their true passion. With over 25 years of combined experience, their enthusiasm for the game is downright contagious, inspiring players of all ages to join in. They believe mahjong is the perfect combination of challenge, connection, and fun—bringing together new and old friends for a rich, shared experience. Since moving to Lakeshore East (LSE) in 2019, they’ve fallen in love with the community, and now they’re excited to bring the “love of the game” to LSE and beyond, sharing the joy that has defined their friendship for decades.
